JJ55 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing JJ55 — whether through our website at jj55.bar or through our dedicated mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is legally binding.

2Eligibility & Registration

You must meet all of the following conditions to register and maintain a JJ55 account:

• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or under any court-ordered restriction from gambling.

3Account Rules

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits at JJ55 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits, typically instant.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits, typically instant.
• Raast — instant interbank transfer through Pakistan's national payment system.
• Bank Transfer — standard transfer from any Pakistani bank account.
• Debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section of your account.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown in the cashier section of your JJ55 account and may vary by payment method. JJ55 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — please check with them separately.

Deposits are credited to your JJ55 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are generally instant. Bank Transfer deposits may take a few hours depending on your bank. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact JJ55 support with your transaction reference number.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. JJ55 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. If a third-party payment is identified, the deposit may be reversed and the account reviewed.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at JJ55 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to maintain payment consistency and reduce processing complications.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification being complete on your account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal can be processed.
• JJ55 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• JJ55 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply charges at their end.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically faster than bank transfers.

JJ55 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud and security measure. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held while documents are reviewed. Members are encouraged to keep their verification documents up to date to avoid delays.

In cases where a deposit was made via a method that does not support withdrawals, JJ55 support will work with you to identify an alternative withdrawal route. Please contact support before submitting a withdrawal if you are unsure which method applies to your account.

6Bonuses & Promotions

JJ55 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. The general rules below apply to all JJ55 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified on each promotion page.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and cannot be claimed more than once.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash directly or passed to another account.
• Placing bets on both sides of a market, or using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

7Sports Betting Rules

JJ55's sports betting section covers cricket including PSL, T20 internationals and Test series, along with football, esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before your bet is confirmed — the confirmed odds in your bet slip are what apply.
• Bets on matches or events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed or cancelled may be voided and stakes returned unless a result was already determined before the interruption.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended by JJ55 at any time during a match without prior notice.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a system or human error — will result in the bet being voided regardless of the outcome.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed before bet confirmation.
• JJ55 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on specific markets for any account without providing a detailed reason.

For PSL and international cricket, JJ55 offers match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, method of dismissal and other markets. Specific rules for each market type are available in the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of a dispute over the outcome of a bet, JJ55's decision following review of available data and official sources is final.

8Casino & Games

All casino games and slots available on JJ55 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology from the respective game providers. JJ55 does not manipulate game outcomes. The house edge for each game is built into the game mathematics by the provider and is a standard feature of all casino games.

• Game malfunctions — including software errors or disconnections during a game round — will void the affected round and any stake for that round will be returned.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules displayed within each live table. The dealer's decision, as guided by platform rules, is final.

10Responsible Gaming
